We ship orders once a week. Usually Thursdays. Most orders take a week to arrive. Once you place your order you will be sent an email with tracking info.
Tracking is only available for orders shipped to the US that are over 15oz. Solly Cholly. Anything over 15oz is heavy enough to be shipped Priority mail through USPS. Everything else is shipped first class. If you live outside the US then your order is shipped first class Intl.

No. Never have. Buyer beware. If something looks like a bootleg just email me. People have been cutting up my book and selling the pages as mini prints of the posters. I'm not cool with that. It's cheaper to buy the damn thing and do it yourself.
When you place your order an email is sent to you with tracking info. From there you can track your order. If you haven't received it within a few weeks - let us know. It's possible that you weren't home to receive the order. If that's the case, the order gets sent back to us. We will contact you and bill you to ship again.
Yipes. Well we can't refund you for the damage or replace your order until you send it back to us. First send us an email detailing the damage. We can't do anything until your order is returned to us. Get tracking and delivery confirmation when you send it back!!!
